Job Title: Contracts Manager - Decorating Contractors (Cambridgeshire)

Our client is a well-established and respected decorating contractor with a strong reputation in the High-End Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. As a growing business, they are looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for end-user clients, managing projects from inception to completion.

* Collaborate with site supervision teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful handovers.

* Contribute to the development and management of project schedules and timelines.

* Assist in the pricing and budgeting of projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.

* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures at all stages of the project.

Ideal Candidate:

* A time-served decorator with at least 3 years of site management experience, or experience in a similar role within the construction or fit-out sectors.

* Minimum SSSTS qualification required.

* Proficient in using computers and familiar with project management software.

* Proven experience managing multiple sites or projects at the same time.

* Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.

* Positive, proactive attitude with a "can-do" approach to problem-solving.
