Early Years Teaching Assistant, Solihull

Monarch Education are working with a Primary School in the Solihull area to find an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant. The role is to start ASAP and is a full time, ongoing role (until at least February 2026). It is important that you are qualified in Early Years for this role to count towards ratio, if you are not qualified then you will not be considered for this role.

Requirements of applicant:

Experienced supporting children in a Nursery or Early Years Setting
You Must hold at least a Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare
Comfortable providing personal care where required
Ideally you would be experienced with Phonics
Available full time until at least February 2025Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Working with children in the nursery setting of a primary school
Create a safe learning environment for the pupils at all times
Tailor support methods based off the mood and needs of the children each day
Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelinesBenefits of working with Monarch Education:
