Job Description: We are looking for compassionate and motivated graduates to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with learning difficulties and are open to receiving comprehensive training. You will work closely with our teaching staff to provide personalized support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with learning difficulties.

Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.

Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

A degree in any field.

A keen interest in supporting students with learning difficulties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.

Flexibility and a willingness to collaborate with teachers and staff.

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
