Hours: Monday - Friday- 9am - 5:30pm

Job description

* Responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all incoming queries and dealing with them in a professional manner.

* Working toward SLA's to make sure that all requests are processed in accordance with company standards.

* Achieving objectives in a daily basis in a close team dynamic.

* Recording all customer request information onto the system accurately with good attention to detail being applied at all times.
