For this role, you will join as a paralegal in the credit hire team, responsible for a caseload of credit hire to motor accident files.As a file handler, you will handle a caseload of volume credit hire to RTA claims valuing from MOJ/OIC claims to a full litigated caseload.These claims value from small claims to fast track depending on each file.Candidate Criteria

• 1+ Years experience in credit hire to motor accident
• 1+ Years at a law firm working as a file handler
• Ability to run a caseload of credit hire files
• Full understanding of the credit hire to RTA process
• MOJ/OIC Portal claims and litigated cases
