Your Role:

As a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement in the industrial sector.

* Manage key client accounts and building long-lasting partnerships.

* Mentor junior consultants, sharing your expertise and contributing to team growth.

* Leverage industry insights to match high-quality candidates with the right roles, making a genuine impact on businesses and careers.

What You Bring to the Table:

* 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector.

* A proven track record of billing success and client / candidate management.

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivation and resilience, with a passion for delivering results.

* A passion for motivating and mentoring others.
