We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who is determined, tenacious, and professional, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service within the hospitality supply industry. Day-to-day of the role: - Support our clients and warehouse team by onboarding new accounts and managing key tasks for new and existing clients.
- Make outbound telephone calls to ensure client satisfaction and handle inbound calls to address any issues.
- Take client orders across various supply areas and ensure the best service from suppliers.
- Update client record files on the CRM system and use our stock and order system to fulfill orders.
- Work within a varied role that offers fresh and exciting challenges daily, requiring exceptional organisation skills and a precision eye for detail.

- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, resilient, and capable of self-managing both time and priorities.
- Diligent with a keen eye for detail, including identifying errors.
- Excellent telephone manner and experience in a Customer Care setting.
