Sales Consultant - White City

Location: White City, London

Salary: £32,000-£34,000 basic (OTE £55,000-£60,000)

Contract: Full-time, weekends on rota (1 weekend off per month)

Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm, office-based (non-flexible)

A prestigious property developer is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their successful team at their landmark White City development. This role offers the perfect platform for an ambitious sales professional to showcase their talents in one of London's most significant regeneration projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all prospective purchasers
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads into successful sales
  • Conduct detailed development tours and presentations
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to completion
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the development, local area and market conditions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Complete accurate sales documentation and maintain CRM systems
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing team

Requirements

  • Proven track record in residential property sales, ideally new build
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service focus with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Computer literate with experience using CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the London property market is advantageous
  • Ability to work in an office-based environment with fixed hours
