Deputy Nurse Manager

Salary: £55,000

40 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have extensive nursing experience combined with strong leadership and management skills. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that residents receive exceptional care, adhering to the highest standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing. Responsibilities include staff management, compliance with healthcare regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere is essential.

Qualifications

• RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with a focus on adult nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a nursing home setting
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in elderly care and relevant regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively

• Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the overall management of the nursing home
