We have an exciting opportunity available for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team for up to one year at our head office in Corby, Northamptonshire.

We are looking for an energetic and creative Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team for up to one year at our head office in Corby to cover maternity leave. Main responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Administrator include:

Assisting in developing and implementing marketing campaigns

Assist in creating, scheduling, and interacting with social media content to enhance online presence.

Supporting the sales team with lead generation, questionnaires and follow-ups

Support the tender return process

Conducting market research to identify new opportunities

Assist in preparing sales and marketing presentations and promotional materials

Assist with and control quality of data entry, CRM management, and reporting

Attend meetings and take minutes

General Administrative support for the team

Assist with organising client/supplier/employee events

Travel nationwide to capture photo and video content

Our ideal Sales & Marketing Administrator will have the below skills and experience:

A full UK driving license

GCSE Maths and English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools (preferred)

Creativity and a keen eye for design (experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to multitask and manage time and deadlines effectively

High attention to detail and accuracy

Independence and self-reliance

Enthusiastic and hardworking attitude

Ability to think on your feet and be self-motivated

A team player

Communicating with clients professionally and courteously

A positive, can-do attitude that fits our team culture
