Our Business Development Managers are essential to our service delivery, acting as the direct link between our customers and resourcing team you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of customers and helping them secure the talent they need for their business to flourish.

Duties include,

* Identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email and market research

* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion goals

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

* Conduct market research to identify opportunities

* Prepare and present proposals for prospective customers

* Negotiate and close deals

* Building strong relationships with the resourcing team

* Working with the directors to develop business pipeline
