HGV Parts Supervisor needed

Our client, the largest privately owned Truck dealership in the UK, is seeking for a Parts Supervisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers

Role: HGV parts Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday , Day shift

Location: Thirsk

Key Responsibility:

* Oversee parts inventory management, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient shipping & receiving processes.

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

* Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in automotive and equipment repairs as needed.

* Coordinate logistics for parts distribution and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers

* Ability to provide sound advice and guidance on products and parts

* Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly

* Knowledge of stock control

* Team player

* UK driving licence

* Forklift truck licence (desirable)
