About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the heart of Ealing, London. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with the class teacher to support children aged 3-5, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role will also involve working 1:1 with SEN students, using the school's excellent resources to tailor your support to their individual needs. • Relevant experience in an Early Years or SEN setting.

• A DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher in creating and delivering engaging activities.
• Provide 1:1 support for children with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Help monitor and record children's progress, feeding back to the teacher and parents.
• Assist with setting up and tidying the classroom and learning resources.
