Maintenance Engineer

Waterloo - SE1

MON-THURS 8:30pm-7:30am

Due to team expansion, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to be based on the European head office for a large Office co-working company, for a Well-Established Facilities Maintenance company, working across a state-of-the-art commercial office in Waterloo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all M&E duties across site as well as any other tasks that may arise on a day to day basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service

* Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines

* Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers

* Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard

* Liaise with client/management
