Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently

A well-established main contractor is currently seeking an Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £30 million commercial office refurbishment and fit-out scheme in Central London.The client is open to candidates capable of leading a project as well as those comfortable working in a support or "number two" role. Strong procurement skills and full project lifecycle experience are preferred, as this project is currently underway.

• Conducting valuations
• Managing payments
• Attending site meetings

Requirements:

• Experience in two-stage/PSCA, full project lifecycle, and NEC & JCT D&B contracts is preferred but not essential.
