This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and confident Account Manager to join a growing local Company who provide a very unique service to their customers.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing extensive customer service support and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times

- Developing strong business relationships with customers and identifying their order patterns

- Processing sales orders from instigation point through to successful delivery to customers

- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email and providing information on products provided

- Managing any complaints received in relation to service provided and resolving all issues

- Maintaining computerised customer database records and updating information held when necessary
