Hiring Now: Contract Mechanical Technician - Waste-to-Energy

Are you a skilled Mechanical Technician looking for your next contract role? We're hiring for a Waste-to-Energy facility in Bicester (OX27 7AA).

Rate: £25 per hour (open to consider alternate rates)Hours: 37.5 per weekSchedule:

• Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 15:30
• One week in four: Backshift 12:00 - 20:30 + 24-hour callout (must be within 1 hour of site)
• Duration: 3-month contract (unlikely to extend)

Requirements:

• Completed engineering apprenticeship (qualifications reviewed case by case)
• Strong mechanical maintenance experience in waste-to-energy or similar industries

Equipment on Site:* Furnace and Boiler System* Steam Turbine and Generator* Flue Gas Treatment System* Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) Processing Facility
