(c) Working Hours: 40 Tues-Fri 7am- 5pm

(d) Salary Range: £11.98 per hour OT may be required on a Monday and is at time and a half

Previous experience of working in a busy environment would be an advantage but not essential

Job Summary (Description of main purpose of job):

To ensure that all loads in/out of the site go over the weighbridge and are accompanied by the correct paperwork.

To be responsible for administration duties, including data entry, filing and answering the telephone.

Key Tasks:

To ensure that all loads in/out of site are weighed accurately using the correct information and are accompanied by the correct paperwork.

To ensure that all loads have the correct paperwork and photographs as per company standard.

To ensure that the drivers daily worksheets have the correct paper work attached and inform the necessary person(s) of any discrepancies to the company standards.

To complete the diesel receipt spread sheet.

To ensure all paperwork is filed or passed to the designated location/person.

To carry out reception duties to the company standard.

To ensure that the weighbridge data is copied into the appropriate spread sheet and checked accurately.

To complete the Site Diary on a daily basis.

To issue PPE ensuring all PPE is signed for and that the appropriate person is informed when stocks need replenished.

To complete other administrative tasks

To ensure you communicate effectively with the site supervisor using the radios provided.

To comply with Integrated Management Systems (IMS)

Portray and Maintain a professional image.

Carry out reasonable requests.
