A well-established construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors is looking to appoint a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join their highly successful commercial team.

Specialising in commercial, residential, refurbishment, and restoration projects, they maintain commitment to excellence, innovation, and professionalism.

Your role will be to manage project costs, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure financial efficiency and value for money on projects up to £3m.

Your Key Responsibilities
✔️ Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
✔️ Managing contracts and procurement processes
✔️ Conducting risk assessments and financial analysis
✔️ Monitoring project costs and ensuring cost control
✔️ Collaborating with project managers, clients, and contractors
✔️ Preparing and assessing variations, valuations, and final accounts

Your Ideal Attributes & Skills:
🔹 Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a similar small to medium sized contractor
🔹 Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and procurement
🔹 Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and within a team
🔹 Proficiency in industry-standard software
🔹 Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
