Are you a skilled electrical engineer looking to make your mark in a dynamic building services environment? Our client is seeking a talented Electrically Bias Engineer to join their team in Birmingham.

Salary: 44K per annum
Working Monday to Friday 8am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage electrical and building maintenance across high-end commercial properties

* Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance

* Work with smart building control systems

* Manage reactive maintenance and installations

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Essential Requirements:

* City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

* Proven experience in electrical maintenance

* Strong IT skills and MS Office proficiency

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
