Sales Administrator/Executive

Kidderminster

£27000 - £30000 plus bonus & excellent benefits

Monday to Friday - 39 hour week - with early finish Fridays

TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator/Sales Executive for a well-established, international manufacturing company in Kidderminster.

Responsibilities

· Processing orders from order entry through to invoicing using SAGE

· To take Ownership of a customer base in a planned territory and map out the scope for future development

· Respond and follow up order enquiries with Sage CRM

· Provide prompt quote responses

· Take and close orders from customers

· Liaise between internal departments/external sales team

· Resolve customer queries

· Attend sales meetings

· Ensure customers are receiving a high level of service

· Create quotes with corresponding customers

· Seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company

Person Specification

· Excellent organisational skills

· Excellent phone manner and customer service skills

· IT literate, able to use windows and other computer packages

· Experience using Sage would be advantageous
