Job description: As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! 

Ideal skills and experience: An experienced Team Leader to manage and develop the current production team. We are looking for someone who is currently in a similar role and can demonstrate leadership skills, have a positive attitude, looks to consistently improve productivity and efficiencies, which will lead to an outstanding team performance .

Key responsibilities: As a Team Leader, your duties will involve day to day responsibilities on a production floor, including:

You will oversee the alignment of production requirements on a daily basis, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. While supervising, you will also focus on developing the team's capabilities to meet the established objectives.

• Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
• Planning workloads and delegating tasks
• Creating a productive work environment for the team using gamification, trust and other appropriate strategies
• Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees
• Training employees
• Assisting with the daily operation of the organisation
• Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions
• Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes of management

Hours of work: Available shifts Monday to Sunday:

• Shift 1: 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday 
• Shift 2: 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday
