Description

• Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment strategies
• Supporting our new starter on-boarding process
• Maintain HR records and databases
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
• Actioning the leaver process
• Respond in a timely manner to HR queries from staff across the business
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve departmental goals

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• A degree/proven track record related to human resources/business administration
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Strong organisation skill, often juggling a number of tasks at any one time.
• A keen interest/previous exposure to the Professional Services industry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
