Description
- Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment strategies
- Supporting our new starter on-boarding process
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Actioning the leaver process
- Respond in a timely manner to HR queries from staff across the business
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve departmental goals
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- A degree/proven track record related to human resources/business administration
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisation skill, often juggling a number of tasks at any one time.
- A keen interest/previous exposure to the Professional Services industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
