360 Recruitment are looking for an IT Lead. The IT Team Lead will oversee and coordinate the activities of the IT team, to ensure the effective smooth running of all IT services on-site.

This role involves supervising key business changes, supporting team members, solving technical issues, and collaborating with all departments within the Company
Managing and overseeing the work of the IT Team.
Providing the team with guidance, coaching, and training plans, and conducting 1:1s, and appraisals
Governing the compliance of procurement for standard hardware and software
Optimising production requirements and engaging 3rd party vendors with changes requests and securing timescales for delivery
Initiates and implements improvements in all departmental areas
Experience with Microsoft products to include: Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Server and SQL Server
Experience with IT networks (IPv4, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, wifi, VPN).Salary: Competitive
