Fire Pump Engineer opportunity available with our client, a global leading manufacturer of advanced pump solutions, pioneering technologies that enhance water and energy efficiency across various sectors, including water supply, heating, cooling, and fire safety.

This role will involve carrying out the commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of fire suppression equipment within the commercial building services sector including fire pumps and sprinkler systems, along with the diesel or electric engines that power these systems.

A background within the pumps and fire suppression industry is essential for this position, and the successful Fire Pump Engineer will carry out works across London, including Central London at times.

Fire Pump Engineer Job Requirements

Strong technical understanding of the pumps and fire suppression industry, with a demonstrable background in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire pumps and related equipment
Mechanically and electrically confident, with any related qualifications desirable
Full UK driving licence
Based within London and the surrounding areas (e.g. Kent, Essex, Surrey, Herts, Beds, Bucks)Fire Pump Engineer Salary & Benefits

Salary £35,000 - £43,000 depending on experience
Flexible working hours (early finishes regularly available)
Company pension - between 5% and 17.5% provided
Yearly bonus - between 5% and 10% of annual salary
Company Van provided, along with door-to-door travel paid
Overtime starting at 1.5x, rising to 2x
