As a Functional Assessor, you will be at the forefront of understanding and evaluating the challenges faced by claimants. Through detailed assessments and examinations conducted via telephone, video calls, or face-to-face meetings, you will determine how disabilities, conditions, or illnesses impact daily activities. Your approach will be respectful, unbiased, and reassuring.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and gather critical information.
Interpret clinical data to produce accurate and concise reports.
Maintain high standards of professional communication and adhere to ethical codes of conduct.
Ensure positive experiences for claimants and colleagues while meeting quality and productivity targets.Required Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional.
Qualified as - Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), Paramedic, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
Broad clinical knowledge and the ability to analyse complex information.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office.What We Offer:
