Senior Project Manager

Toro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects within the energy sector. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in managing complex, multimillion-pound projects in an EPC/EPCm environment, particularly in the Energy-from-Waste (EfW), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or Industrial sectors. The successful candidate will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial development through execution and completion.

* Manage project contracts and schedules, ensuring compliance with EPC and client contractual obligations.

* Act as the client's representative, integrating into their team to manage technical and commercial aspects effectively.

* Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

* Monitor project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and CAPEX/OPEX management.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Extensive experience managing projects in an EPC/EPCm environment within the energy or industrial sectors.

* Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to oversee negotiations and cost management.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing project teams and liaising with stakeholders.

* Engineering background with a degree in a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

* In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 (2020) and compliance requirements.
