Service Care Solutions is currently working with a valued law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Solicitor to join their Leeds office. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to clients on property transactions, including conveyancing, property purchases, sales, and leases.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property sales, purchases, and leases.
Handle the legal aspects of property transfers, ensuring that contracts are legally sound and that all required searches (title deeds, land registry) are conducted.
Represent clients in property disputes, such as boundary issues, landlord-tenant disputes, and planning matters.About you:

Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and the legal framework surrounding property transactions.
Clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
3 - 5 years PQE in Property Law.Benefits:
