My client are a leading, internationally renowned property development and construction group delivering mixed use developments and residential, student, retail, and commercial accommodation projects worldwide.

They are recruiting for a pre construction Quantity Surveyor to work on major projects across the Manchester and surrounding areas.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:

Cost control and value management strategies.
Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
Manage cash flow.
Manage subcontractor payments.
Provide guidance on contractual issues.
Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
