Engineering Supervisor - Wandsworth (SW18)

Location: Wandsworth & Ramsgate (4 days in Wandsworth, 1 day in Ramsgate)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £45,000

Join the world's largest FM provider as an Engineering Supervisor, overseeing maintenance operations across two shopping centres. This role is a balance of 60% supervisory duties and 40% hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee engineering activities across both sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs.

* Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

* Work closely with a team of four engineers, providing guidance and support (without direct line management).

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an engineering supervisor role or senior engineering position.

* Strong technical background in facilities management or building services.

* Ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with hands-on work.

* Full UK driving licence (if opting for a company van).
