We are currently seeking experienced warehouse operatives to join our team and represent a variety of reputable clients in the Brighton and surrounding areas. This will be for mainly temporary assignments as well as temp-to-perm opportunities.

Essential:

• Flexibility on working hours.
• Good spoken English.
• Able to lift and handball heavy items and loads
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full Valid UK Driving licence (to get to site).
• Be able to undertake manual-handling work.
• previous labourer or construction experience
• Safety boots, gloves and hi-vis
• previous warehouse experience

Various responsibilities may include:

• Receiving and inspecting goods: Unloading deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, and signing delivery notes
• Storing goods: Stacking goods in the correct place and making sure they are stored safely
• Moving goods: Using lifting equipment, a forklift truck, or by hand to move stock around the warehouse
• Picking and packing: Picking, weighing, or packing goods to be sent out
• Keeping records: Keeping records of stock and paperwork up to date
• Stock control: Regularly checking stock levels and replenishing stock
• Cleaning: Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Overseeing machinery: Overseeing machinery and other duties as required
