Job title: Operations Manager

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll be responsible for the smooth execution of global shipments, documentation, budgeting, and managing full P&L for your department. You'll be a key player working with suppliers, overseas partners, commercial teams, and clients on high-profile, high-value projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex, sensitive, and high-profile project shipments globally
Own all documentation, invoicing, and operational activities across air, ocean, and road
Collaborate with transport and commercial teams to streamline costs and boost profitability
Build and maintain top-tier relationships with clients, partners, and 3PL/4PL providers
Monitor budgets, drive profitability, and maintain full control over department P&L
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures

Requirements:

10+ years of freight forwarding experience, with proven management credentials
Deep knowledge of international logistics, documentation, and Letter of Credit processes
Strong leadership skills - you're a people motivator and process optimiser
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of freight regulations and global logistics best practices
