Receptionist Salary: £30K- £36KFixed Term Contract- 9 monthsOffice Based in Central LondonThe Client:Our client who is a property company is looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. Their office is based in central London and you will be in the office Monday- Friday weekly.
The Role: - Based on reception; to answer all internal and external telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Meet and greet clients.
- Respond to emails quickly and efficiently.
- Deal with collections and deliveries, distribute as required.
- Provide Administrative support including; arranging gifts as requested, travel arrangements, completing administrative tasks in a timely manner etc.
- Being reactive to urgent queries and being able to proactively prioritise these tasks.
