The Birmingham branch comprises a growing Quantity Surveying team of five within a broader team of 25+. This role is integral to the company's ambitious growth plans and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to its continued success.

The consultancy is on track to achieve a £2 million turnover this year, with a target of £2.85 million next year, and an overarching goal of increasing group turnover from £8 million to £20 million within four years. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Holds a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a UK Consultancy
A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
