Conveyancing Solicitor

* £40,000 per annum DOE

As an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, you will take charge of a high-quality caseload, work closely with a property partner, and build strong, direct relationships with clients.

What You'll Be Doing

* Managing your own caseload of residential property matters, including shared ownership and development schemes.

* Assisting the property partner with a range of property-related tasks.

* Delivering first-class client care and maintaining direct client contact.

What You'll Bring to the Team

* Experience handling property sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, and new-build matters.

* Commitment to delivering outstanding service to high-net-worth clients.

* Experience in managing large caseloads whilst maintaining high standards in WIP control and disbursements.

* 2 years PQE.
