Salary: £40,000 base + £6,000 TRONC

About the Role:
We're searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our Michelin-starred restaurant in Lancashire. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a passion for fine dining and a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service that aligns with Michelin standards.

* Train, mentor, and inspire the team to uphold the highest levels of hospitality.

* Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the guest experience through impeccable service and menu synergy.

* Manage schedules, budgets, and staff performance.

* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: Previous leadership roles as a Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, or General Manager in fine dining establishments. Michelin or similar accolade experience is highly preferred.

* Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

* Attributes: A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
