Head of Private Client - Hampshire

Overview

My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their long established law firm.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in private client work and the ability to take over as Head of Department and play a key role in the firms continued development.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
• Manage existing team and provide training and leadership.
• Deal with regulatory and compliance issues.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting private client matters and share insights with clients as necessary.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5pqe relevant experience in private client work and technical knowledge including Trusts.
• Ability to manage a team and provide strong leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong professional relationships

Package:

• Salary from £70,000 - £80,000
