Key responsibilities:

* The project director will be responsible for delivering a high-level development.

* The project director will be to be responsible for manging the development's finance.

* The project director will be responsible for the day to day running of the project, alongside the projects overall progress,

* The project director will be responsible for reporting to the leadership team and reporting on how the project is progressing.

* The project director will also be responsible for developing the wider business and supporting the leadership team.

Skills and Background:

* The project director Needs to be from an M and E background and have previous experience project directing major construction projects worth over 50 million pounds.

* The project director must have shown ability to complete the project from its tender to completion.

* The project director must understand leading diverse teams.
