Construction Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process for residential projects
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control
Resolving design and construction issues effectively
Providing leadership and mentorship to the project team

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction design management
Proven track record of delivering successful residential projects
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

Salary range: £70k - £80k
