Job Description:

As the Welfare Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and emotional well-being of students across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing welfare and medical care plans for students.
Administering first aid and managing medical emergencies as needed.
Providing a listening ear and emotional support to students facing challenges.
Liaising with families, staff, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive approach to student welfare.
Maintaining accurate records of incidents, medical needs, and support provided.
Supporting the safeguarding and pastoral teams to create a safe, nurturing environment.
