Job Role:
This is a full-time position based in North/East London area. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance work within social housing properties.
Duties:
* Reactive maintenance work (Fuse boards, re wires and sockets)
* Faults of Sockets
* Communal Lighting
* Covering North / North East London Postcodes
* Require Own Van for this Electrician role
Requirements:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Gold ECS Card
* Experience in social housing
