💰 Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per year (pro-rata for part-time)

Are you an experienced insurance professional looking for your next opportunity? We're on the lookout for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our friendly team in Winsford!

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Providing exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
✅ Arranging new business policies and renewals using the appropriate systems.
✅ Handling mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and general client enquiries.
✅ Supporting clients with claims when needed.
✅ Negotiating premiums with insurers.
✅ Carrying out associated administrative duties.

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Previous experience in advised insurance sales.
✔️ Strong customer service skills with great attention to detail.
✔️ Confident communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
✔️ Ability to work well in a team and independently.
✔️ Good understanding of FCA regulations.
✔️ Experience with Open GI (preferred but not essential).
✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
