Position: Day Duty Manager
Location: Centre Point, London, EC1A
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off #removed#
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a prime residential development in the heart of London’s West End. The development consists of 82 luxury apartments, leisure amenities, 9 commercial units and benefits from 24-hour concierge service. Located close to Tottenham Court Road Underground Station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Day Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- You will have a prime luxury residential or hotel background working in a similar managerial role responsible for a small team. This includes recruitment, performance reviews, appraisals, training and rota management.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-end quality customer service for residents, tenants and guests, and handle day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
- Responsible for managing the work permits and supervising contractors whilst they are on site.
- You are able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, multitasking, organised and able to think on your
- You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries
- You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
- You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
- You will have experience working closely with management to ensure SOPs are adhered to and improve policies and procedures.
