We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Surveyor to join their exisiting team on an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility to extend.

The ideal candidate will diplsay the following:

* Architectural or surveying background

* Understanding of UK Building Regulations

* Ability to produce survey and fire strategy drawings within a short delivery period

* Fluent in AutoCAD

* Ability to travel between sites (by car preferably)

* Able to work at short notice

* Able to work autonomously, with guidance when required

* Can be a work from home role when not surveying

* Occasional in-person contact days may be required (otherwise on Teams)

5-10 year's PQE experience working within healthcare environments
