A London Market Insurer operating across multiple jurisdictions have an opening for a Finance Manager within the close-knit finance team of one of their leading entities who are currently going through exciting automation and digital change.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee financial operations, including monthly reporting, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Enhance financial systems and documentation while ensuring adherence to FRS, IFRS, and Solvency II standards.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships and provide accurate data to inform business decisions.
- Manage special projects as needed and deliver updates at committee meetings
You must be;- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate at all levels.
- Proficient in IT, with programming skills or a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with peer feedback and challenging ideas constructively.
This is an ideal role for a bright, forward thinking qualified Accountant who has recently qualified within a Big 4 environment having worked on a portfolio of Insurance clients or someone who is in a financial reporting role and ready to take the next step up in their career.
