Looking for an extraordinary opportunity to join an exceptional team as an Executive Assistant? Look no further! Our client, a globally renowned Life Sciences organisation, is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to support their Vice Presidents and General Manager. As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication both within and outside the organisation.

The role is expected to be temporary for 3 - 6 months, with a view to become permanent for the right candidate.

This position is full time (40 hours per week) with minimum weekend work expected. After completing training, the role would become hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day at home).

Pay Rate: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

Provide impeccable administrative support to our executives, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Review and process expense reports.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents with keen attention to detail.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional organisational skills.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Serve as a primary contact for internal and external parties, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Contribute to the successful implementation of special projects with a proactive and ambitious approach.Requirements:

10+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with recent experience supporting executives in a corporate setting preferred.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
