Job Description: Project Manager - Large RC Frame Residential New Build
Location: London

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large RC Frame residential new-build project in London. Our client is a reputable Tier 2 main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project, ensuring its completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of a large-scale RC Frame residential new-build project from inception to completion.

* Develop and manage detailed project programs, ensuring all milestones are met.

* Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain excellent communication and manage expectations.

* Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring financial control and timely reporting of progress and costs.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and to the desired standards.

* Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that may arise promptly.

* Chair regular project meetings with the site team, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering RC Frame residential projects.

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a main contracting environment.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and methodology, particularly RC Frames and residential developments.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

* Proficient in project management software and tools.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.

* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable
