Job Description: Are you passionate about customer service and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Hereford site. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer retail stores and depots to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Coordinate daily service reports using various internal and external IT systems.
- Process customer invoices and input invoice data into multiple systems.
- Manage customer relationships and handle administrative duties, including responding to queries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Produce KPIs and daily statistics.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries and internal teams. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
- This new position offers the opportunity to develop and shape the role.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
