As Machine Shop Supervisor, you'll 

Effectively communicate with other departments to prioritise workload in accordance with plan requirements 

Ensure all health and safety standards are met, promoting a safe working environment 

Lead all projects with a focus on streamlining processes and continuously improving working methods 

Manage team efficiency, through conducting Root-Cause investigations to identify areas of improvements and preventable measures 

To be the next Machine Shop Supervisor, you'll have: 

Experience in management within a manufacturing environment 

Thorough understanding of 6S principles and objectives 

Proven compotency working on CNC Mills

A results-oriented and problem solving mindset 

A dedication to organisational efficiency
