About the Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a children's residential home in Solihull supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in children's services and autism-specific care, looking to lead and inspire a team in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and best practices.

* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of children with autism, ensuring their safety, growth, and well-being.

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.

* Build strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies, ensuring collaborative care approaches.

* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, ensuring the home provides a safe, therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential care setting.

* Expertise in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including developing person-centered care approaches.

* Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and relevant childcare legislation.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards).

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
